About Hipdrop
Hipdrop has been a dream for me since I started to belly dance. After receiving my
Communication Arts Degree I decided to start a webstation. Hipdrop features belly
dance music and interviews with belly dance artists.
We have featured dancers such as the Nubian Divas, Jade, Gia al Kamar, Oracle, etc.
Musicians, Carmine Guida, Raquy and Snakes Rising, etc. Hipdrop will feature the novice
to the professional, drummer to oud player, cabaret to tribal and anything else in between.
With me in my journey in music and dance is my Troupe, Tribalusions (Salwa, Alima,
Najwa, Elanna & Deja`) dumbek player, Mounir and oh that guy in the studio, Steve.
Hipdrop is just beginning to unlock the mysteries of a lifelong pursuit of belly dance,
